BAU GBS Architects offers a workspace of approximately 32 m² on the first floor of the Strijkijzer in The Hague. The rent is €600 per month excl. VAT, including gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, and internet. The space is available until November 2026. You can make use of shared facilities such as a meeting room, toilets, and a canteen.

Flex spaces
There are also several individual desks available. A workstation costs €250 per month excl. VAT, including gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, internet, desk, chair, and use of the shared facilities mentioned above.
